Setting up the Back to School themed displays is an important part of helping to build the vision and excitement for the upcoming Party Day amongst the congregation.

Do you like the satisfaction of a clean and tidy environment? Are you physically fit? A hard worker? If so, you would be a great addition to our clean-up team.

Are you friendly, welcoming and love interacting with children? We are looking for several helpers to serve in the various Stalls in the party zone – hat stall, backpack stall, bag tag stall, drink bottle and lunchbox stall, pencil case stall, t-shirt stall.

As a greeter for Party Day, you will be the first person to meet and welcome our guests to the Back to School Party. Do you understand the importance of making a great first impression?

Do you enjoy keeping a watchful eye to make sure that everything is as it should be? We are looking for people to do door security to ensure that everything runs smoothly as whanau are arriving to the Party.

We are looking for a team of helpers to greet people with a welcoming smile as they arrive at the Function Hall to enjoy their morning or afternoon tea and to get them seated and ready for food to be served.

Are you a foodie, have basic kitchen skills, or enjoy being part of a team that can socialise while you work?

Are you friendly and outgoing, able to direct people to where you need them to go, and have an eye for detail? We are looking for bus monitors to be on location at a school in the Nothern Suburbs area.

Putting together the children’s stationery packs from school stationery lists. You will need to be good at following detailed instructions and have an eye for accuracy and following process.
